This is the best Dog Man yet! I am a huge fan of Dog Man, and this is SO hilarious! Dog Man gets a new suit, and tries to protect the world from 2 sippy cups。 Petey explains how his mother's love changed him, and how it goes on in Lil' Petey。 80-HD has to fix Petey's lab, and Lil' Petey and Molly sing diarrhea-related songs like "Stinkle Stinkle Little Fart", "If You're Happy and You Know It Poop Your Pants", and "Take Me Out To The Bathroom"。 It's so funny and the best Dog Man book to ever be r This is the best Dog Man yet! So I wanted to see why EG and A liked these so much…I still have no idea why。

This is lovely, my five year old daughter made me read this to her after hearing me singing the songs from it to her eight year old sister。 A love story with songs about poop and robots fighting, what more could anyone want?

Alan Castree

Another heart warming and comical addition to the Dog Man series。 This one had the kids I stitches, specifically the songs。 Kinda weird not having George and Harold introduce the book this time, though。

Jason

That was yet Another success from the Great Dav Pilkey。 I hope this doesn't imply as the end。 Well that's not true, I kinda already knew what's next(because of Amazon)。 Huge fan of Dav Pilkey。 That was yet Another success from the Great Dav Pilkey。 I hope this doesn't imply as the end。 Well that's not true, I kinda already knew what's next(because of Amazon)。 Huge fan of Dav Pilkey。 。。。more

I love Dog Man, but this one was not my favorite。 Overall, the messages of love and personal growth were wonderful, but about a third of it was gross poop songs。 That’s high, even for Dog Man。 And speaking of Dog Man—I would love to see more of him in these books than of Petey and Grampa。

I read this with my 7-year-old。 The franchise continues! The whole gang is back as once again Grandpa is up to no good。 There’s some minor diarrhea songs, but as always, Pilkey includes positive, explicit messages。 This time the message is about love。 I don’t think this is the strongest in the series, but my child enjoyed it nonetheless。

Listening to my kids read excerpts from Dog Man makes me roll my eyes。 The 7 year old convinced me to read it aloud to him and I’m so glad I did。 It’s been a long time since a book has made me laugh out loud。 My consensus is that overhearing Dog Man is obnoxious, but immersing yourself in Dog Man is hysterical。

I like how it teaches you how to draw Petey’s mom。 I think five and six year old kids would like this book。

Dog Man has been forced to wear the Cone of Shame, but Lil Petey can help make it more fun。 Petey comes to spend time with his son as Grampa breaks out of jail。 What trouble will they get into this time?I read this with my son。 He loves the series, especially Lil Petey。 I adore the message of friendship and love。 I wasn't a huge fan of this book in the series, but it was still the same Dog Man fun we're used to。 Dog Man has been forced to wear the Cone of Shame, but Lil Petey can help make it more fun。 Petey comes to spend time with his son as Grampa breaks out of jail。 What trouble will they get into this time?I read this with my son。 He loves the series, especially Lil Petey。 I adore the message of friendship and love。 I wasn't a huge fan of this book in the series, but it was still the same Dog Man fun we're used to。 。。。more

Dog Man does it again I loves the humor and the empathy taught in these books。 I enjoyed the flips and the optical kissing illusions in this book along with the message。 Love prevails! There is some "pottey humor" I found the song quite hilarious。 This book has been a big hit in the library! Dav Pilkey needs no help selling his books so this is more of a confessional。 I’m 50 and a teacher。 I resisted these books, refused to read them and rolled my eyes when the kids requested them。 And then, in a moment of weakness, or sheer teacher tiredness, I accepted a student’s almost dare to choose one for my read aloud。 I now wish I hadn’t waisted so much time judging this series and been as open minded in life as I imagined myself to be。 I now excitedly stand in line for the new books each t Dav Pilkey needs no help selling his books so this is more of a confessional。 I’m 50 and a teacher。 I resisted these books, refused to read them and rolled my eyes when the kids requested them。 And then, in a moment of weakness, or sheer teacher tiredness, I accepted a student’s almost dare to choose one for my read aloud。 I now wish I hadn’t waisted so much time judging this series and been as open minded in life as I imagined myself to be。 I now excitedly stand in line for the new books each time one comes out。 They have filled me with joy, made me cry, giggle, and have surprised me time and time again。 Each one of his books has a very deep message in it that he just casually drops in and lets sit。 He plants seeds of compassion, understanding, and kindness at your core in every book。 I have been convicted of my close mindedness and will do my best to never again discount a book for foolishness before ever giving it a try。 。。。more

Sadly, this might be my least favorite Dog Man in the series。 The Good:-Dog Man often has great "life lessons。" There is a nice bit in here about how Petey struggled to be accepted in society after his first prison sentence and how he couldn't get a job, housing, etc。 While most readers might not totally get the reflection of real life, it could be a good talking point。 -The theme of everlasting love was nice。 The Bad:-So much (really gross) potty humor。 Pilkey is somewhat known for this and the Sadly, this might be my least favorite Dog Man in the series。 The Good:-Dog Man often has great "life lessons。" There is a nice bit in here about how Petey struggled to be accepted in society after his first prison sentence and how he couldn't get a job, housing, etc。 While most readers might not totally get the reflection of real life, it could be a good talking point。 -The theme of everlasting love was nice。 The Bad:-So much (really gross) potty humor。 Pilkey is somewhat known for this and the potty humor was why some people really hated Captain Underpants。 I always liked the Dog Man series better than Captain Underpants because it was still all the funniness without so much grossness but this had soooo much toilet humor。 They make up diarrhea songs, characters pee themselves, etc。 - Most of the other books in the series have something to do with the literature it is parodying。 Maybe I missed it (it has been a long time since I read Wuthering Heights by Emily Brontë ) but I didn't really see any of that incorporated into this book。 But regardless of all that, my students will still devour the book and that's all that really counts I guess。 。。。more

Grandson and I had way too much fun reading this together。

Petey’s mom?!? Right in the feels。

Not the best book。 I miss the George and Harold side intros and events。 The story was fine though。

I love your books

Mothering HeightsThis is the tenth book in the Dog Man series。 Petey is being interviewed foe tv and Molly is coming over to play with Little Petey。 Little Petey and Molly are typical kids, annoying and interrupting, which drives Peter crazy。 Grandpa is trying to escape and of course chaos ensues。 I really love this children’s series!
